Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid Establishment’s Inception occurred in the capital city of KSA, Riyadh, in 1992 for the activities in Real Estate, Agriculture Construction and Industry. In 1996 it was turned to a limited liability company with the name of (Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid & Sons Co.).
Al Rashid Group’s success came from their accumulated expertise in Construction, Real Estate Development, Services Sector, Information Technology, Investment Management, Gold & Minerals Exploration, Agriculture and FMCG sector.
Over the years ARTAR has developed a reputation among its peers and now is one of the top Construction Companies of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We have always been proud for our contribution in the development of the kingdom and we plan on continue to do so. ARTAR is classified as an “A” class contractor by the contractors’ classification agency.
Abdul Rahman Saad Al Rashid Sons and Co. has always strived to grow in the specialized and most advanced areas of Construction, Technology and MEP services. To allow these different fields to independently embark upon endeavors of specialized nature ARTAR has segregated the Construction field in two independent companies under the umbrella of ARTAR Holding.
